Who gets lumbar hernia?

Lumbar hernia is seen at the same rate in men and women between the ages of 35-60, there is no gender-related difference. It is more common in people who sit for a long time, such as drivers, desk workers, heavy workers such as construction, housewives who move less, teachers who stand for a long time, security guards and waiters.
